参与国家自然科学基金1 项《出芽短梗霉菌果胶酶基因克隆表达及其功能研究》；主持省部级及横向项目3 项（含青海省科技厅青年基金项目《植物根际促生菌对高寒草原紫花针茅的促生机理研究》、农科院创新基金项目《植物根际促生菌对番茄的促生机理研究》及横向项目《使用现代生物技术提升平安区典型农作物的品质》），参与省部级项目1 项（青海省面上项目《藏柳分类鉴定方法与野生种质资源遗传背景研究》）。以第一作者和通讯作者在Plant Soil、PeerJ、Journal of Applied Microbiology、Scientific Reports、南京农业大学学报、福建农业学报、江西农业大学学报等主流期刊发表学术论文12 篇，其中SCI 6 篇，中文核心 3 篇，CSCD 3 篇。
