三、教学情况

主讲本科生《植物学》,《大国三农与乡村振兴》等课程;研究生《现代农业创新与乡村振兴战略》等课程。参与省级教改项目1项,主持校级教改项目8项。第一作者发表教改论文4篇,主编/参编《风景园林工程项目管理》等国家级规划教材1部,指导老员工参与中国国际老员工创新创业大赛、“挑战杯”全国老员工课外学术科技作、全国老员工生命科学竞赛、青海省生态文明建设创意作品大赛等竞赛获奖10余项、获评国家级老员工创新创业项目1项、2025年全国农科学子联合联合实践活动“优秀小队”。

参与国家级项目3项,其中国家自然科学基金3项;主持或参与省部级8项目。以第一作者和通讯作者在《Scientia Horticultural》《Planta》《Plant Molecular Biology》等主流期刊发表学术论文10余篇,其中SCI 10篇,中文核心2篇,CSCD 1篇。登记科研成果1个。
